Open Mic Night at Hertford Corn Exchange runs every first and third Tuesday of the month, from 7pm to 11pm. Sign-ups begin at 7pm, with performers given 10-minute slots.
Musicians, comedians, poets, and storytellers are all welcome to take the stage. A full sound system and microphones are provided. The night is hosted by Fin Blackett. If you have questions about the event or stage setup, you can contact Fin at fin.openmic@gmail.com.
The bar area also doubles as a pop-up gallery for the evening. Artists and photographers looking to display their work should get in touch via email to book a space.
Entry is free for both performers and audience members. The event is open to ages 18 and over; under-18s are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
