Around the sun we go 🌞✨

Join us for a morning under the trees as we journey through the skies, exploring what it means to find our place in the world, and beyond it.

We’ll begin with group drumming to gather ourselves, before moving into gentle qi gong to wake up the body. From there, we’ll step into navigation, learning to use a compass and understanding where we are in space, then putting it into practice through simple orienteering in the woodland.

As always, there’ll be space for crafts, storytelling and child-led exploration woven throughout the session.

We’ll also be joined by our brother, Muti (@mutivation_), bringing something very special into the morning.

This session is open to all ages, with something for everyone to take part in at their own pace.
